'Waiting for Gorgo' Selected for 33rd Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival

LONDON - Cinemagine excited and honoured to announce that its recent short film, Waiting for Gorgo, has been selected for the International Competition programme at the 33rd Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival, taking place 4-12 February 2011 in Clermont-Ferrand, France.

In addition to the screenings in Clermont-Ferrand, "Waiting for Gorgo" has also been chosen as one of only seven films from 120 titles in the International Competition and Labs programmes to screen at the festival's Paris event on 15 February 2011. Supported by BREF, the French magazine published by L'Agence du court Métrage and devoted to short filmmaking, the event provides an opportunity for short film lovers in Paris to view some of the best work from the Clermont-Ferrand festival.

"Waiting for Gorgo" producer/director, Benjamin Craig, said "Clermont-Ferrand is such a great festival, so it's both an honour and a privilege that the programmers have decided to include our film in this year's event and in the Paris screenings."

"Waiting for Gorgo" is a short comedy, directed by Benjamin Craig. Shot on 35mm at the world famous Elstree Studios in London, the film stars Geoffrey Davies, Kelly Eastwood, and Nicholas Amer.
